Stayntech® Masonry Stain Return Policy – Defective Product Only

At Stayntech®, we are committed to providing high-quality masonry stains. Our return policy is limited exclusively to products that are determined to be defective. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted for Stayntech® masonry stain products that are found to be defective in material or workmanship. A product will be considered defective if it fails to perform in accordance with the product’s specifications under normal and proper use.

Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been tinted, opened, or partially used.
  • Damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or application.
  • Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defect.
  • Products not purchased directly from Stayntech® or its authorized distributors.

Return Process

  1. Notice of Defect: You must notify Stayntech® in writing within 15 days of discovering a suspected defect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or other documentation if available.
  2. Evaluation: Stayntech® may request a product sample and/or additional documentation. All claims are subject to inspection and verification.
  3. Authorization: If the product is confirmed to be defective, Stayntech® will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
  4. Return Shipment: Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and clearly marked with the RA number. Stayntech® is not responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Remedy

If the product is confirmed to be defective, Stayntech® will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the defective product, or
  • Issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective product.

Limitation of Liability

Stayntech® shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of its products. This return policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law, but it is intended to limit Stayntech®’s liability to the extent permitted.
