Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stayntech®. We’re committed to getting your masonry stain products to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship Stayntech® products to the lower 48 contiguous U.S. states from our

fulfillment center in Westminster, Colorado. At this time, we do not offer international

shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and

destination ZIP code. We ship in 1-quart, 1-gallon, and 5-gallon containers, with shipments ranging from 1 lb to 1,400 lbs.

1–15 lbs 3–7 business days USPS, UPS, or FedEx

16–150 lbs 3–5 business days UPS or FedEx Ground

151–1,400 lbs 3-5 business days LTL Freight (curbside)

Note: Larger freight orders may require additional handling time and coordination. You will be contacted with tracking and delivery details as needed.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Freight Deliveries (Bulk Orders)

For bulk orders shipped via freight (over 150 lbs), curbside delivery is standard. Ensure

someone is available to accept and unload the delivery. Liftgate service is available upon request for an additional fee.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at

support@brickimaging.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos and your

order number so we can assist with a resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for orders over 15 lbs.

- We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping.

- All shipments are FOB Westminster, CO.
