STAYNTECH RENEW® is a sprayable water-based, low VOC, breathable masonry stain. Stayntech Renew® maintains natural textural variations in porous brick, block and mortar. 2-PART APPLICATION: After applying Stayntech Renew®, apply sprayable Stayntech® Top-Coat Masonry Sealer for environmental protection and warranty coverage.
INCLUDES: 5 gallons of Stayntech Renew® in one of our 12 exclusive color options.
WHERE TO USE: for use on vertical and unpainted brick, block and mortar. Not to be used on glazed or non-porous surfaces. Not recommended for use on flat surfaces (ie. walkways, pavers, flat concrete, etc.)
APPLICATION METHOD: Airless paint sprayer preferred for best results. Apply in light and even coats to achieve the desired appearance.
COVERAGE RATES: Covers between 100-200 square feet per gallon based on color, surface texture and desired aesthetic appearance. Dark stain colors and heavily textured brick typically require more material for often-preferred results. Sample quarts are recommended for calculating project-specific coverage rates.
IMPORTANT: Final appearance varies based on background colors, textural variations, lighting conditions and application techniques. We strongly recommend using the Stayntech® sample quarts to ensure expected results.
