Stayntech® is a sprayable, ready-to-use masonry stain that delivers a permanent, matte finish that features exceptional durability and highlights the natural variations of masonry. Unlike traditional paints and other coatings that require continued maintenance, Stayntech® is breathable and is specially engineered to soak into the pores of masonry.
Paint creates an impenetrable surface membrane that coats exterior masonry and prohibits moisture, vapors, and humidity from escaping—typically resulting in the paint blistering and peeling within just a few years. While paint certainly changes the color of masonry, many compromises are made in terms of structural integrity, aesthetic appeal, and durability.

Stayntech® masonry stains are specially formulated for vertical, unpainted brick, block, and mortar and are not recommended for glazed or non-porous surfaces. They are not intended for use on large flat surfaces including walkways, pavers and horizontal concrete. Final appearance varies based on background colors, textural variations, lighting conditions, and application techniques.
