Stayntech Surface Grip™

STAYNTECH SURFACE GRIP™  is a flat-surface bonding agent for use on untreated masonry surfaces prior to applying Stayntech® masonry stains for better
long-term flat-surface performance. Performance benefits include 35°F Low
Temperature Application and excellent Stain Blocking. Low Odor and Low VOC
(VOC<50 g/l) due to advanced coatings technology.

WHERE TO USE: Untreated horizontal brick, block, stone and mortar.
USE ON FLAT SURFACE ONLY: i.e. Window ledges, tops of planter
walls, fireplace hearths.
NOT FOR USE ON: Pavers, Walkways, Driveways, Tile roofs

APPLICATION METHOD: Apply evenly with a nylon/polyester brush, roller, or spray. When applying by roller, roll from the dry area into the wet area
using firm crisscrossing strokes. For airless application, use a 0.15 to 0.19” tip @
1600 psi. Do not apply in direct sunlight or on a hot surface. During application at
temperatures above 80F, Stayntech Surface GripTM sets up quickly. Some
adjustment in your application approach may be required.

COVERAGE RATES: 300-400 sq ft per gallon (35-50 sq ft per pint) when sprayed.
Coverage figure does not include spray loss, loss due to surface porosity, surface
texture, surface irregularities, nor material loss when mixing.

IMPORTANT:
Not for use on previously painted or treated surfaces
Not for use on brick pavers, driveways, or walkways
Not for use on wood, metal or other surfaces.
Not for use on roofs, decks, floors or steps
